Levanta raises $22M Series B to scale creator commerce platform

$22M

Series B

Retail marketplaces are racing to turn casual creator recommendations into trackable, commission-based sales channels.

  • Levanta closed a $22 million Series B led by Volition Capital, which also led its $20 million Series A in 2024, bringing total funding to over $43 million.
  • Founded in 2023 by University of Washington grads Ian Brodie, Spencer McKenney and Rob Schab, Levanta builds software that helps brands find creators, ship them products, set commissions and track sales across Amazon, Walmart and Shopify.
  • The platform gives brands access to more than 90,000 vetted creators plus millions more via AI-powered Social Discovery, and supports both commission-based and flat-fee partnerships.
  • Levanta's revenue grew 80% year-over-year in 2026, and the company says it has stayed profitable or roughly break-even since launch.
  • The founders previously built Grovia.io, an affiliate marketing company acquired by Acceleration Partners in 2022, a track record that helped draw repeat investors.
  • The new capital will fund expansion into dozens of additional retail marketplaces and international markets, plus development of what Levanta calls Creator Commerce Media.
  • As brands shift ad dollars from awareness to measurable, transaction-linked creator partnerships, infrastructure that tracks sales across multiple marketplaces becomes a chokepoint worth owning.
