Acrab raises $130M Series B for its agentic AI compute platform

The Singapore startup skips cloud servers entirely, packing 100-billion-parameter model inference into a desktop box.

• Acrab closed a $130 million Series B led by existing backers Vertex Ventures SEA & India and Vertex Growth, with new institutional investors from Europe and Southeast Asia joining.
• Founded in 2024, Acrab builds full-stack agentic AI compute infrastructure combining purpose-built silicon, edge AI models, and orchestration software rather than relying on cloud data centers.
• Its GΞLIX 1 chip, built on a 5nm process, delivers 700 TOPS and powers the Agent Box, a mini PC that runs 100-billion-parameter large language models locally.
• The Series B lifts Acrab's cumulative funding to more than $480 million, following over $350 million raised before it emerged from stealth in June.
• Acrab says the new capital will fund product scaling, ecosystem expansion, and next-generation compute development, with visible paths to industrial deployments and expected revenue within 2026.
