Enterprise marketing teams now drive most of its revenue, a sign AI video is becoming a real budget line rather than a novelty.
- Higgsfield closed a $400 million Series B led by DST Global at a $5.4 billion valuation, more than quadrupling the $1.3 billion mark it hit just eight months earlier.
- Founded in 2023 by former Snap executive Alex Mashrabov and CTO Yerzat Dulat, Higgsfield builds AI tools like Cinema Studio and Marketing Studio that let creators and brands generate video and images.
- Annualized revenue hit $700 million, up from about $20 million a year earlier, with 30 million users across 238 countries and 390 Fortune 500 clients.
- Business customers now generate the majority of revenue, versus less than 25% in January, as brands like Dollar Shave Club use Higgsfield to produce daily video content instead of single campaign assets.
- Mashrabov says the fresh capital will largely fund compute reservations, since generating one minute of video demands roughly the processing power of 60,000 words of text.
- The round shows investors now paying model-lab-scale prices for an application layer that owns creative workflows and enterprise spending, not just the underlying AI models.
