Omilia raises $67M Series B to scale agentic voice AI for enterprises
August 6, 2026
Raised
$67M
The startup grew recurring revenue tenfold since its last raise by owning its entire AI voice stack instead of renting frontier models.
- Omilia closed a $67 million Series B led by Expedition Growth Capital to expand its agentic customer-experience platform globally and open its first U.S. office in the second half of 2026.
- Omilia builds proprietary voice-first AI agents for large regulated enterprises in banking, insurance and healthcare, with customers including Capital One, Discover, RBC, Taco Bell, the UK's DWP and PSEG.
- Live annual recurring revenue grew more than 10x since its Series A to over $60 million, achieved without raising additional equity in the interim.
- This is only Omilia's second institutional round, following a $20 million raise from Grafton Capital in 2020; new funds will go toward hiring a CRO, CMO and VP of revenue operations as headcount grows from about 500 to 600 by year-end.
- Omilia already runs some of the largest agentic voice deployments in production, including a Tier 1 U.S. bank handling over 1 million calls per day and an insurer processing over 600,000 daily calls at 50,000+ concurrent interactions.
- By owning its full voice AI stack rather than orchestrating third-party frontier models, Omilia is betting on vertical integration to compete against incumbents like NICE and Genesys and a wave of AI-native rivals crowding the contact-center market.
