Inturai Launches DUO-1 AI Device for Through-Wall Detection

April 15, 2026

Inturai Ventures released its DUO-1 sensing device, which uses AI and radio frequencies to detect people, movement, and heartbeats through walls up to 10 meters. Initial deliveries target defense partners and civilian applications like emergency response.

Inturai Ventures Corp. announced the release of its proprietary DUO-1 (Dual-Origin Observation) devices on April 15, 2026. These compact, quantum-secure sensors employ AI-driven analysis of Wi-Fi and mmWave radio signal disruptions to identify human presence, motion, and vital signs such as heartbeats beyond line of sight, penetrating walls and obstacles up to 10 meters. Unlike camera, radar, or LiDAR systems, DUO-1 leverages existing signal infrastructure for lower cost and simpler deployment, supporting rapid integration into drones or other hardware.

The devices target North American military and defense sectors initially, enabling through-wall detection and tactical operations, alongside civilian uses in emergency response, search and rescue in zero-visibility conditions, critical infrastructure monitoring, and aged care for vital signs tracking. Initial units are shipping to partners including Final Firing Position Solutions Inc. and Redacted Consulting Group LLC, accelerating field deployments and software-based revenue streams. This hardware milestone shifts Inturai from technology development to scalable commercial hardware across defense and civilian environments.

Inturai operates in intelligent environments, applying AI and signal processing to sectors like military, healthcare, and industrial settings. DUO-1 addresses challenges in complex physical spaces where traditional sensors fail, such as countering subtle signal anomalies known as 'Ghost Murmur,' providing real-time spatial intelligence. The release positions the company to pursue pilot programs and partnerships, enhancing its role in emerging sensing technologies for high-stakes applications.
