Ramp raised $750M in a Series F led by ICONIQ, GIC and Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan, valuing the fintech at $44B.

Ramp closed a $750 million Series F financing on June 4, 2026, at a $44 billion valuation. The round was led by ICONIQ, GIC and Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan, with additional participation from Goldman Sachs Alternatives, D.E. Shaw, Morgan Stanley Investment Management, Generation Investment Management, Insight Partners and BroadLight Capital.

The company said the new capital will support further investment in AI capabilities across its financial operations platform, which combines corporate cards, expense management, bill payments and AI agents. Ramp’s latest raise underscores continued investor appetite for fintech companies that are pairing software with AI automation for corporate finance workflows.

Ramp said the round lifted its total equity funding past $3 billion. The company had previously raised a $500 million round at a $22.5 billion valuation in 2025, and the new financing marks a sharp step up in price over a short period.
