Coralogix lands $200M Series F to fuel AI observability push
Raised
$200M
Coralogix raised $200M in a Series F round at a $1.6B valuation, led by Advent and CPPIB, to scale its AI-native observability platform.
Coralogix, a Boston-headquartered data and AI observability platform, has raised $200 million in a Series F funding round announced on June 3, 2026. The round values the company at $1.6 billion post-money and brings Coralogix’s total funding to approximately $550 million. The financing comes less than a year after the company’s $115 million Series E in 2025, underscoring accelerating investor demand for infrastructure that can handle the surge in AI- and cloud-driven telemetry data.
The Series F round was led by Advent and the Canada Pension Plan Investment Board (CPPIB), with additional participation from Greenfield Partners and Brighton Park Capital, as well as several existing backers mentioned in local reports. Coralogix plans to use the capital to advance its AI-native observability capabilities, including expanded support across logs, metrics, traces, and security data, and to scale its telemetry data lake architecture for large enterprise workloads. The company is targeting fast-growing segments such as AI infrastructure, fintech, cybersecurity, and cloud-native enterprises, positioning itself as a core monitoring and troubleshooting layer for increasingly autonomous AI agents and complex distributed systems.
Founded in Israel and now based in Boston, Coralogix has grown into a full-stack observability provider serving thousands of enterprise customers globally. Its platform focuses on reducing the cost and complexity of managing high-volume data streams while adding AI-driven analytics to speed incident detection and resolution. By closing a $200 million round at a significantly higher valuation than its prior $1 billion-plus mark, Coralogix strengthens its balance sheet to compete with larger observability and monitoring vendors and to expand its global footprint. The deal highlights how investor capital is concentrating around infrastructure startups that can monitor, manage, and secure AI-era software environments at scale.
