AI infrastructure startup Decart raised $300M in a Series B round led by Radical Ventures at a reported $4B valuation, with Nvidia among the strategic backers.

AI infrastructure company Decart has raised $300 million in fresh funding to expand its real-time AI optimization and inference platform. The Series B round, completed in May 2026, was led by Radical Ventures, with participation from strategic investors including Nvidia and other backers focused on next-generation AI infrastructure. Multiple reports indicate the deal values Decart at around $4 billion, positioning the company as one of the highest-valued private AI infrastructure startups.

Decart develops software that optimizes how AI workloads run across heterogeneous compute, including chips from multiple vendors, and builds world-model-based systems to support low-latency inference for complex applications. The new capital will allow the company to scale its R&D, grow its engineering teams, and expand commercial deployment of its stack for customers running large-scale AI models. The size of the round and the participation of Nvidia and other investors reflect strong demand for infrastructure that can reduce costs, improve performance, and unlock more flexible use of AI hardware as competition intensifies across the broader AI and semiconductor ecosystem.
