AI no-code app builder Emergent raises $130M in Series C funding led by Creaegis, valuing the company at $1.5B.

AI-native no-code platform Emergent has raised $130 million in a Series C funding round at a $1.5 billion valuation, making the San Francisco-headquartered startup a unicorn roughly a year after its public launch. The round was led by private equity firm Creaegis, with MNI Ventures–Claypond Capital and Sentinel Global joining as co-leads, alongside participation from existing backers Khosla Ventures, SoftBank Vision Fund 2, Lightspeed, and Y Combinator. The new capital brings Emergent’s total funding to about $230 million and represents a fivefold valuation jump from the approximately $300 million valuation it achieved in its Series B in January 2026.

Emergent offers an AI-powered, no-code app-building platform that lets entrepreneurs, SMBs, and non-technical founders create full-stack web and mobile applications. Positioned as a "vibe coding" and AI software creation service, Emergent’s product targets users who want production-ready software without traditional development teams. The sharp increase in valuation over just a few months underscores the strong investor confidence in AI-native development tools and the broader shift toward autonomous software creation platforms for business users.
