Capchase raised over $200M, including $26M in equity and a $174M credit facility led on the equity side by 01 Advisors, to scale its AI-driven vendor financing platform.

Capchase, a New York–based fintech focused on vendor financing for enterprise technology companies, has secured more than $200 million in new capital structured as a combination of debt warehouse facilities and equity financing. Multiple reports specify that the package comprises a $174 million credit facility alongside a $26 million equity raise, bringing the total round to roughly $200 million. The equity portion was led by 01 Advisors, with participation from investors including Caffeinated Capital, Thomvest Ventures, Scifi VC, Bling Capital, Invesco, and other institutional backers. Capchase did not disclose its exact valuation but indicated that this funding represents an uptick from its prior 2021 Series B round, when its valuation and cumulative equity-plus-debt funding had already exceeded $400 million.

The new capital will be used to scale Capchase’s embedded vendor financing infrastructure globally and deepen its AI-powered credit and workflow automation capabilities for enterprise tech vendors and their channel partners. Capchase’s platform lets software and hardware vendors offer flexible payment terms to buyers while receiving upfront payment, effectively providing B2B buy-now-pay-later functionality tailored to enterprise sales. By leaning on AI-driven underwriting and decisioning, the company reports that it can approve the vast majority of financing applications in seconds, supporting larger, more complex enterprise technology deals. The sizable credit facility will directly fund Capchase’s lending book, while the equity portion will support product development, AI investments, and international expansion as vendor financing becomes a more central part of enterprise technology sales workflows.
