$100M
Genspark.ai raised a $100M Series B extension at a $2.6B post-money valuation, led by existing backers including Sozo Ventures, Korea Mirae Asset, and UpHonest Capital.
Genspark.ai, an enterprise AI workspace and agentic workplace platform, has raised $100 million in a Series B extension round at a $2.6 billion post-money valuation. The new capital lifts the company’s total Series B financing to $485 million and total funding to more than $645 million. The round was backed primarily by existing investors, including Sozo Ventures, Korea Mirae Asset, and UpHonest Capital, alongside other prior backers. Multiple reports note that the extension represents a sharp valuation increase from Genspark.ai’s $1.6 billion valuation just three months earlier, underscoring rapid revenue and customer traction in enterprise AI agents.
Genspark.ai builds an all-in-one AI workspace that orchestrates more than 70 underlying models to execute end‑to‑end business tasks such as generating presentations, financial models, documents, and applications for enterprise teams. The company reports serving over 6,000 business customers and is positioning its platform as the next layer of enterprise AI that can perform real work across tools and workflows rather than just generate content. Proceeds from the round are earmarked for scaling the product, expanding go‑to‑market and sales capacity, and deepening integrations tailored to large organizations adopting AI agents at scale. The financing also coincides with the appointment of Jamison Powell as chief revenue officer, signaling a push to accelerate enterprise sales and capitalize on rising demand for agentic AI in the workplace.
