Series D

Rogo raised $160 million in a Series D led by Kleiner Perkins, bringing total funding above $300 million and valuing the finance AI platform at $2 billion.

Rogo has raised $160 million in Series D funding led by Kleiner Perkins, with participation from Sequoia Capital, Thrive Capital, Khosla Ventures, J.P. Morgan Growth Equity Partners, BoxGroup, Mantis VC, Jack Altman, Evantic Capital, and Positive Sum. The round values the New York-based finance AI company at $2 billion and lifts its total funding to more than $300 million.

The company builds an AI platform for financial services and says its software is already used across investment banks, asset managers, and private equity firms. Rogo’s current focus is its AI agent Felix, which it is using to automate finance workflows and expand deeper into client integrations and institutional deployments.

The new capital is intended to support international expansion, especially in EMEA and Asia, while strengthening partnerships with major financial institutions. Rogo had previously raised a $75 million Series C in January 2026, and reports indicate the company had been valued at $750 million before this latest round.
