Shield AI closes deal for simulation specialist Aechelon Technology

• The company's simulation work has included pipelines that translate real-world visuals, terrain, and sensor data into runtime environments used for training and mission rehearsal.
• The purchase lands days after Shield AI and L3Harris flew a live test pairing Hivemind autonomy software with the DiSCO electronic-warfare system on an uncrewed Green Wolf aircraft.
