Wealth.com raised $65 million in an oversubscribed Series B round to advance its AI-driven estate and tax planning platform amid explosive growth. New investors include Titanium Ventures and Pruven Capital, with existing backers like Charles Schwab participating.

Wealth.com completed a $65 million oversubscribed Series B funding round announced on April 16, 2026, attracting new investors Titanium Ventures, Pruven Capital, The K Fund, and Dynasty Financial Partners. Existing supporters Charles Schwab, GV (Google Ventures), Citi Ventures, 53 Stations, Anthos Capital, and Alumni Ventures also joined. This follows GV's leadership of the Series A in September 2024 and Schwab's minority strategic investment in April 2025. The funds will drive AI enhancements, product development, strategic acquisitions, enterprise expansion, and a new New York City office opening in May 2026.

The platform integrates estate and tax planning through Ester Intelligence, a proprietary AI engine handling document processing, scenario analysis, and deterministic calculations for financial advisors. In 2025, it processed over 100,000 estate documents and gained approvals from the three largest U.S. broker-dealers, reaching over 50,000 advisors. Wealth.com now serves firms managing more than $15 trillion in client assets, with 664% year-over-year growth in AI workflows and at least 3x annual revenue increases over four years. Recent expansions include tax planning capabilities and partnerships like Dynasty Financial Partners embedding Ester AI.

This funding underscores accelerating AI adoption in wealth management, where Wealth.com leads in estate planning market share per the 2026 T3/Inside Information Software Report and 2025 Kitces AdvisorTech Survey. The company's traction with top RIAs, broker-dealers, banks, and custodians positions it to unify fragmented planning processes, enabling scalable, precise advisory services amid rising demand for integrated solutions.
