$600M
AI-native data security startup Cyera has raised $600M in a late-stage Series G round led by Evolution Equity Partners, valuing the company at $12B.
Cyera, an AI-native data security company focused on building a trust layer for enterprise AI, has secured a new $600 million funding round at a $12 billion valuation. The late-stage Series G round was announced on June 10, 2026, and marks one of the largest private financings for a cybersecurity startup. The round was led by Evolution Equity Partners, with participation from Cyberstarts and Temasek, alongside existing backers including Accel, AT&T Ventures, Blackstone, Coatue, and Spark Capital. This latest capital injection lifts Cyera’s total funding to more than $2 billion, with some reports placing it above $2.3 billion.
The new financing reflects Cyera’s rapid rise in private-market value, with its valuation reportedly quadrupling over the last 18 months to reach $12 billion. The company develops a data security platform designed to secure and govern sensitive information across complex enterprise environments and AI workloads, positioning itself as a core layer for governing what AI systems can access and do with corporate data. With this round, Cyera is now counted among the most highly valued privately held security companies globally and plans to use the capital to accelerate product development and global expansion as demand for AI-centric data security and governance tools intensifies.
