Fomo has raised $75 million in a Series B round led by Index Ventures, with participation from Union Square Ventures and existing backer Benchmark. The company was valued at $550 million in the round.
The New York-based startup builds a social-first, cross-chain trading platform that lets users discover assets, follow traders, share positions, and trade through a single account and balance. Fomo said it has surpassed 600,000 users and more than $4 billion in trading volume, positioning itself as a consumer-facing gateway to on-chain markets.
The new capital is being used to expand into additional asset classes, including equities, perpetuals, and prediction markets, while continuing to invest in the core trading and social product. The company was founded in 2025 and has drawn support from a broader network of angel investors alongside its institutional backers.
