NoTraffic Raises $90M Series C to Expand AI Traffic Management Platform

NoTraffic announced the completion of a $90 million Series C funding round led by PSG Equity, with participation from M&G Investments, Grove Ventures, LifeX Ventures, Meitav Investment House, and Next Gear Ventures. The company, founded in 2017 by Tal Kreisler, Uriel Katz, and Or Sela, has now raised a total of $165 million since its inception. CEO and co-founder Tal Kreisler noted that the entire raise consists of primary capital with no debt or secondary transactions, marking a significant milestone as the company establishes itself as a leading player in the traffic management market.

NoTraffic's AI-powered platform transforms traffic lights into cloud-connected digital systems, enabling traffic agencies to deploy customized policies, integrate with connected and autonomous vehicles, and continuously improve operations without costly infrastructure overhauls. The company aims to have its platform deployed by one in 10 traffic agencies across the U.S. and Canada by mid-2026. The funding will accelerate the company's rollout across North America and expand its portfolio of software-based mobility applications as cities face growing congestion, rising safety demands, and increasingly complex traffic patterns with limited staffing and resources.

The investment reflects growing recognition that traffic infrastructure requires software-driven systems capable of continuous adaptation rather than static, infrequently updated infrastructure. PSG Equity, a growth equity firm headquartered in Boston, has backed more than 170 companies and facilitated over 550 add-on acquisitions, bringing extensive expertise in scaling software and technology-enabled services companies. NoTraffic's platform addresses a critical challenge in U.S. and Canadian cities where road congestion continues to worsen as traffic agencies struggle with resource constraints while managing increasing vehicle volumes.
