Genspark tops unicorn status with $2.6B valuation

Series B extension

Genspark raised a $100M Series B extension at a $2.6B valuation as ARR reportedly reached $250M and customer count hit 1,000.

Genspark.ai has become a unicorn after closing a $100 million Series B extension at a $2.6 billion post-money valuation. The company also reported that total funding has reached about $535 million across four rounds, and that it now serves 1,000 customers.

The milestone is notable because Genspark says its revenue reached $250 million in 2026, up from $50 million in 2025, implying rapid top-line expansion over a short period. Another source says the company added $150 million in ARR in Q1 2026 and that it had $100 million ARR in less than a year, underscoring how quickly the business scaled.

Genspark positions itself as an all-in-one AI workspace built around specialized agents that can research, generate content, and automate work across tools and workflows. The funding and growth numbers suggest the company is being valued less like a consumer chatbot and more like an enterprise productivity platform, with traction broad enough to attract repeat backing from existing investors.

The company is also using the new capital and momentum to deepen its enterprise push, including expanding product capabilities such as AgentBase and strengthening revenue leadership. That combination of product breadth, customer growth, and reported ARR acceleration makes Genspark one of the more prominent AI workspace companies to cross unicorn status in 2026.
