PhysicsX closed an oversubscribed $300 million Series C led by Temasek, valuing the industrial AI startup at about $2.4 billion.
PhysicsX announced an oversubscribed $300 million Series C financing on 2026-06-08 at an implied valuation of approximately $2.4 billion. Temasek led the round, with new participation from M&G Investments and Intrepid Growth Partners, alongside returning backers including Applied Materials, Atomico, General Catalyst, July Fund, NGP, NVIDIA, Radius, and Siemens.
The company builds physics AI and an AI-native engineering platform for industrial customers, targeting use cases such as simulation, product design, and manufacturing optimization. The new capital is intended to support international expansion and further development of its platform, including work on larger physics models for engineering applications.
The financing marks a sharp step up in PhysicsX’s market value, which sources say was about $1 billion in its prior round. Temasek’s continued backing is notable because the investor first backed the company in 2025 and has also supported its global growth.
