LinqAlpha raised $22M in Series A funding to build its Alpha Intelligence Layer for global public markets, anchored by AVP, Atinum Investment, and GFT Ventures.

New York-based AI fintech startup LinqAlpha has raised $22 million in a Series A round to build what it calls an Alpha Intelligence Layer for global public markets. The company, which develops AI agents that transform institutional investors’ own research into market signals, announced that the funding will be used to expand its global team, deepen integrations across market and alternative datasets, and accelerate its multi-agent platform across equities, macro, credit, and multi-asset strategies.

The $22 million Series A was anchored by AVP, Atinum Investment, and GFT Ventures, with the deal structured as a global syndicate of strategic financial institutions and venture platforms. Participants span Japan, Southeast Asia, Hong Kong, South Korea, and India, including SBI Investment, Z Venture Capital, Betatron Venture Group, East Ventures, SV Investment, Samsung Securities, Mirae Asset Venture Investment, Mirae Asset Capital, NH Investment & Securities, Shinhan Venture Investment, Hana Ventures, and NuVentures. The round brings LinqAlpha’s total funding to about $28.6 million when combined with its earlier seed financing.

LinqAlpha positions its AI-native platform as institutional infrastructure for public markets, serving hedge funds and asset managers that require faster, more tailored ways to surface market-moving signals. By anchoring the round with both venture and strategic investors across the U.S., Europe, and Asia, the company is building capital relationships tightly aligned with its target customer base of financial institutions. The geographically diverse investor roster also underscores the company’s planned expansion in Asia-Pacific, where many of its new backers are based.

Although the company and its coverage have not disclosed any valuation figures for this Series A, the size of the round and the breadth of strategic participation reflect growing investor interest in AI-driven tools for institutional public markets investing. LinqAlpha’s focus on turning fragmented research workflows into AI agents for professional investors places it in a competitive but rapidly expanding segment of the fintech and AI market.
