Preventive health startup Neko Health has raised $700 million in a Series C round co-led by Lightspeed and O.G. Venture Partners at an estimated $7 billion valuation.

Neko Health, the Stockholm-based preventive health technology company co-founded by Spotify’s Daniel Ek and entrepreneur Hjalmar Nilsonne, has raised $700 million in a Series C funding round to accelerate its expansion and upcoming U.S. launch. The round was led by Lightspeed Venture Partners and co-led by O.G. Venture Partners, with participation from existing backers Atomico, General Catalyst and Lakestar, and new institutional investors Liberty City Ventures, Positive Sum, and BDT & MSD. This latest financing follows Neko Health’s $260 million Series B in January 2025 and earlier funding rounds that helped the company build AI-driven full-body scanning clinics focused on early disease detection and preventive care.

Multiple industry reports indicate that the $700 million raise values Neko Health at nearly $7 billion, representing a steep increase from its approximately $1.7 billion valuation after the Series B round in early 2025. In addition to venture firms, the Series C attracted a broad set of high-profile individual investors and celebrities, including Mark Zuckerberg and Priscilla Chan, Maria Sharapova, Claudia Schiffer, Thierry Henry, Tim Ferriss, will.i.am, Ari Emanuel, Jimmy Iovine and others, joining existing individual backers such as Alexis Ohanian, Alex Tew, Michael Acton-Smith and several tech and media figures. The capital will support Neko Health’s plan to open its first U.S. clinic, beginning with New York City, and scale its model of multi-sensor full-body scans combined with proprietary software and clinical teams to deliver proactive, data-driven health assessments. The outsized Series C round and near-$7 billion valuation position Neko Health as one of the most highly valued preventive health and AI diagnostic companies globally, highlighting growing investor conviction that consumer-facing imaging and analytics platforms can play a central role in future healthcare delivery.
