Narwhal Labs Raises €22.9M to Launch DeepBlue OS AI Platform

Narwhal Labs, a Bristol-based AI scale-up and parent of Narwhal AI, raised €22.9 million (£20 million) from UK investors, including Jonathan Swann, former director at CFC Underwriting. The funding coincided with the launch of DeepBlue OS, an enterprise-grade agentic AI operating system designed for autonomous customer communications in regulated industries and government. This platform manages full interaction lifecycles across voice, SMS, email, and WhatsApp channels, from inbound reception and speed-to-lead responses to outbound prospecting, deployable in minutes without setup costs or long-term contracts.
