Liventus Acquires Tamarack to Dominate Equipment Finance Tech

April 1, 2026

Liventus has acquired Tamarack, merging over 50 years of equipment finance expertise and creating a 150+ engineer team for AI-driven platforms. The deal enhances end-to-end tech solutions for the sector, completed on March 31, 2026.

Liventus completed its acquisition of Tamarack on March 31, 2026, combining Tamarack's 25 years of experience in equipment finance software and professional services with Liventus's engineering strengths. Tamarack provides seven specialized platforms covering automation, compliance, portfolio analytics, syndication, asset tracking, and business intelligence, including DataConsole, SyndicationBuilder, TrailView, FloorPlan, and ExecutiveAIR. The merger forms a team of more than 150 engineers across US and India centers, enabling customization, legacy system modernization, platform integrations, data intelligence, and AI-accelerated workflow automation for equipment finance operations.

This acquisition positions the combined entity to offer comprehensive technology across the full equipment finance lifecycle, from credit analysis to client self-service. Tamarack's clients gain access to Liventus platforms like Credit Mind for credit analysis and Sparkflow for operational intelligence, overcoming standalone SaaS limitations through tailored configurations. Liventus, founded in 2002 and headquartered in Northbrook, Illinois, focuses on modernization in equipment finance, healthcare, insurance, and manufacturing, bolstered by partnerships such as Solifi.

The deal underscores the equipment finance industry's shift toward integrated, AI-enhanced solutions amid regulatory demands and digital needs. Tamarack's domain-specific products now scale with Liventus's SOC 2-certified engineering, expanding reach to more organizations. Financial terms remain undisclosed, with Corum Group advising the transaction.
