Straiker raised $64M in Series A funding to expand its agentic AI security platform, bringing total capital to $85M.

Straiker, a cybersecurity startup focused on securing autonomous AI agents, has closed a $64 million Series A round aimed at protecting what it calls the agentic workforce. The financing brings Straiker’s total funding to $85 million and follows its earlier seed round, underscoring growing investor conviction in specialized security for enterprise AI agents. The company’s platform is built to help large organizations discover, test, and protect AI agents operating across their environments, addressing risks such as prompt manipulation, data leakage, and tool misuse.

The Series A was led by Marathon Management Partners, Citi Ventures, Illuminate Financial, and Workday Ventures, with continued participation from Bain Capital Ventures and Lightspeed, alongside additional investors including Rain Capital, GTM Capital, Neva SGR, Firebolt Ventures, and Sixty Degree Ventures. Straiker plans to use the new capital to accelerate product development, expand its STAR Labs threat research team, and support global go‑to‑market efforts as AI agents see wider deployment across Fortune 500 enterprises and frontier AI labs. The raise highlights the emergence of agentic security as a distinct category within cybersecurity, as enterprises seek dedicated tools to govern and secure rapidly growing fleets of AI agents.
