WeRide and GreenMobility plan Denmark robotaxi launch for 2027

The deal marks WeRide's first Nordic entry, its sixth European country as Chinese autonomous-driving firms race to plant flags across the continent.

• WeRide and Danish shared-mobility operator GreenMobility announced a strategic partnership to deploy Level 4 autonomous ride-hailing in Denmark, targeting a public launch in the first half of 2027, pending regulatory approval.
• WeRide is a Chinese autonomous-driving company already running commercial robotaxi services in China and the UAE; GreenMobility operates Denmark's leading shared electric-car fleet.
• Riders will hail WeRide's GXR, its latest EU-compliant Level 4 vehicle, with deployment developed alongside Denmark's Road Directorate and Road Traffic Authority under Danish and EU rules.
