Raised
$50M
Vendelux raised a $50M Series B led by Tribeca Venture Partners to expand its AI-powered B2B event intelligence platform, bringing total funding to $71M.
Vendelux, a New York-based AI-powered event intelligence platform for B2B marketing, has raised $50 million in a Series B round led by Tribeca Venture Partners. The financing brings the company’s total funding to $71 million, following prior seed and Series A rounds. Additional investors in the Series B include S3 Ventures, Pelion Venture Partners, HubSpot Ventures, FirstMark, and Cervin Ventures, all of whom are backing Vendelux’s push to make in-person events a measurable revenue channel.
The new capital will be used to deepen Vendelux’s core AI infrastructure, accelerate product development, and expand its global corporate sales engineering and go-to-market efforts. Vendelux’s platform indexes more than 250,000 global B2B events and supports over 50,000 marketers, helping teams decide which events to attend, predict who will be there, and quantify event-driven ROI. By turning proprietary event data into an AI-native decision engine for in-person go-to-market, Vendelux aims to help B2B enterprises treat live events as a systematic growth channel rather than a discretionary marketing expense.
Founded by Alex Reynolds and Stefan Deeran, Vendelux has positioned itself as an intelligence layer for B2B meetings, differentiating from traditional scheduling tools by offering full-stack capabilities from event discovery through closed-loop attribution. The company’s growth metrics include hundreds of enterprise customers, influence over billions of dollars in annual event spend, and a rapidly scaling team supported by its new Series B funding. With Tribeca Venture Partners now leading its latest round and FirstMark continuing from its Series A leadership role, Vendelux has attracted a mix of growth and strategic investors with deep experience in SaaS and marketing technology.
