Fika Jobs lands $4M pre-seed to scale AI video hiring
Raised
$4M
Stockholm-based Fika Jobs has raised a $4M pre-seed round led by Luminar Ventures to build its video-first AI hiring platform, with participation from Alliance VC and Candy Crush co-founders.
Fika Jobs, a Stockholm-based hiring platform, has secured $4 million in pre-seed funding to develop its video-first, AI-powered recruitment product. The round was announced on June 23, 2026 and is aimed at continuing product development, expanding the team, and preparing for a broader public launch later in the year. The platform uses AI interview agents and short-form video profiles to replace traditional resumes, with candidates completing ~10-minute AI-led interviews that are transformed into searchable video clips for employers.
The pre-seed round was led by Luminar Ventures, with additional participation from Alliance VC and King (Candy Crush) co-founders Sebastian Knutsson and Riccardo Zacconi. The company positions itself as a candidate-centric alternative to conventional recruitment, remaining free for job seekers while charging employers a 10% fee on a candidate’s first-year salary only upon successful placement, below typical recruiter fees. Fika Jobs plans an initial focus on the Swedish market, with early access opening this week and a wider rollout expected in the autumn. The company reports more than 100 employers on its waitlist and over 50 companies that have already tested the platform.
