Quantifind raises $200M growth round led by Summit Partners
Raised
$200M
Quantifind closed a $200 million growth equity round led by Summit Partners, with several strategic investors participating.
Quantifind has closed a $200 million growth investment led by Summit Partners, according to the company’s June 26, 2026 announcement. Existing investors Citi Ventures, S&P Global, Deloitte, and Stephens Group also participated in the round, and the financing was structured as convertible preferred shares.
The raise supports Quantifind’s AI-native risk intelligence platform, which is used for financial crime and national security operations. The company says the new capital will help it expand internationally and scale its governed agentic middleware for modern risk operations, a direction that reflects growing demand for software that can reduce compliance workload and improve decision-making in large regulated institutions.
Quantifind has positioned itself around risk detection for banks and public-sector use cases, and the round brings both financial backing and strategic relationships from investors with links to financial services and enterprise deployment. The company also added Summit Partners’ Chris Dean to its board as part of the transaction.
