ORAN Development Company, also known as ODC, completed a $45 million Series A funding round on March 26, 2026. The round drew leadership from Booz Allen, Cisco Investments, Nokia, and NVIDIA, with participation from AT&T, MTN, Telecom Italia, Phoenix Venture Partners, and Cerberus Capital Management affiliates. Founded in 2023 and based in Arlington, the company develops the U.S.-based Odyssey AI-native Radio Access Network platform. This software integrates AI sensing and inference into radio access networks, enabling telecom providers to create new revenue from services in industrial, commercial, and public sectors.
