Options Technology Finalizes Crossvale Acquisition
Options Technology has completed its acquisition of Crossvale, integrating the firm's containerization and modernization expertise into its private cloud platform. The deal bolsters AI deployment and legacy system upgrades for financial services clients.
Options Technology announced the completion of its acquisition of Crossvale on March 31, 2026. Crossvale, headquartered in Frisco, Texas with operations in Spain, specializes in platform and application modernization using OpenShift and Kubernetes. As a Red Hat Premier Partner, it offers PodOps for managed OpenShift services, Kubernetes Manager Services, and the CrossDeploy methodology for infrastructure, DevSecOps, and app modernization consulting. The firm serves clients in financial services, healthcare, and manufacturing.
The acquisition merges Crossvale's strengths in containerization, application modernization, and database migration with Options Technology's global private cloud infrastructure. This creates an end-to-end platform for financial institutions to update legacy systems, cut technical debt, move data, and run AI workloads while ensuring performance, security, data sovereignty, and regulatory compliance. It builds on prior joint projects between the companies, responding to demand for private cloud options over public ones in regulated sectors.
Crossvale's integration enhances Options' offerings for secure, compliant environments tailored to financial services. The combined capabilities address needs for operational control, cost predictability, and resilience across infrastructure, platform, and application layers. This positions the unified service to support modernization amid rising AI adoption in finance.
