Actively raises $45M in a Series B round at a $250M valuation to scale its AI platform for enterprise revenue teams.
Actively, a New York–based startup building AI agents for enterprise sales and go-to-market teams, has raised $45 million in a Series B funding round at a $250 million valuation. The round was co-led by growth investor TCV and First Harmonic, with additional participation from Bain Capital Ventures, First Round Capital, and Alkeon, bringing the company’s total funding to approximately $68 million. According to the company’s announcement, the new capital will be used to accelerate product development, hire additional talent, expand into more enterprise accounts, and open a new office in San Francisco to complement its New York headquarters.
Founded by former Stanford AI researchers, Actively focuses on transforming revenue organizations from human-led processes to intelligence-led execution by deploying account-level AI agents that continuously identify opportunities and help advance deals. The sizeable Series B round and step-up to a $250 million valuation underscore investor conviction in AI-native sales and revenue platforms as enterprises seek to automate repetitive go-to-market tasks and improve pipeline efficiency. With backing from a mix of late-stage and early-stage venture firms that have a track record in enterprise software and AI, Actively is positioned to compete in the growing market for AI-powered revenue intelligence tools used by sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
