Noon buys Bengaluru-based FinalRun to boost AI product design

June 30, 2026

US-based AI startup Noon has acquired Bengaluru AI firm FinalRun to deepen its mobile engineering and AI product design capabilities across India and the US.

US-based AI-native product design startup Noon has acquired Bengaluru-based AI engineering company FinalRun to expand its AI product design platform and strengthen mobile engineering capabilities in India and the United States. The deal brings FinalRun’s technology and engineering team, including co-founders Arnold Laishram and Ashish Yadav, into Noon, with both founders joining as Members of Technical Staff to work on mobile and AI initiatives. FinalRun gained recognition for its autonomous mobile test automation solutions and AI tools that streamline product planning, software development workflows and execution, and these capabilities will now be integrated into Noon’s AI-native design environment.

Noon, founded in 2024 and headquartered in San Francisco, develops an AI-native product design platform that combines a canvas-based design interface with production-ready code, helping product managers, designers and developers collaborate and build software directly. The acquisition is intended to extend Noon’s platform more deeply into mobile devices and broaden its engineering footprint in Bengaluru, a key hub for global AI and software talent. Financial terms and deal value have not been disclosed, and neither party has shared specific acquisition structure or additional transaction terms beyond the team integration and role changes for FinalRun’s founders. The move underscores growing M&A interest in India’s AI startup ecosystem and highlights FinalRun’s strategic role in enabling end-to-end AI-powered product development workflows.
