Together AI has raised an $800M Series C round led by Aramco Ventures, valuing the AI infrastructure startup at $8.3B.
Together AI, an AI-native cloud platform focused on infrastructure for open source AI models, has closed an $800 million Series C funding round at an $8.3 billion post-money valuation. The financing was led by Aramco Ventures, with participation from investors including Vista Equity Partners, General Catalyst, Emergence Capital, NVIDIA, March Capital, Pegatron and S Ventures (SentinelOne), alongside other institutional backers. This latest round, announced on July 1, 2026, marks one of the largest AI infrastructure financings of the year and significantly increases the company’s valuation from the roughly $3.3 billion level reported around its prior Series B.
The capital will support Together AI’s efforts to expand its AI "neocloud" offering, which rents out large-scale GPU clusters and compute infrastructure optimized for running open source and frontier models at scale. By focusing on open-weight model economics and cost-efficient inference, Together AI positions its platform as a lower-cost alternative to closed model providers, targeting enterprise customers that want more control over models and infrastructure. The company has now raised more than $1.1 billion across its funding history and plans to use the new financing to scale its global infrastructure footprint, increase GPU capacity, and deepen partnerships with major enterprises and ecosystem investors.
