InstaLILY AI raised a $60M Series B led by Energize Capital, with Insight Partners, Home Depot Ventures and United Rentals joining; valuation was not disclosed.
InstaLILY AI, a New York–based developer of AI "forward deployed engineers" and AI teammates for complex business workflows, has closed a $60 million Series B funding round. The round was led by Energize Capital, with participation from existing investor Insight Partners and new strategic backers Home Depot Ventures and United Rentals. The financing was announced on July 14, 2026 and brings InstaLILY’s total capital raised to nearly $100 million since its founding in 2023.
The company is using the new capital to scale its Lily platform, which is positioned as an autonomous AI engineer that learns how a business operates, builds custom software, and goes live within days. InstaLILY reports that revenue grew fivefold over the past year as customers expanded usage across construction, industrial distribution, logistics, and healthcare, though third-party verification of these performance metrics has not been disclosed. United Rentals and Home Depot Ventures joined the cap table as strategic investors, reflecting the platform’s relevance to both equipment rental and retail distribution sectors. Across multiple reports, InstaLILY and its investors declined to share valuation details or revenue multiples for the Series B, leaving the company’s current valuation undisclosed.
