Isar Aerospace books five more Spectrum launches with SEOPS through 2030

Rideshare integrators are racing to lock in dedicated launch capacity as SpaceX's Transporter missions taper off.

• Isar Aerospace signed a Multiple Launch Service Agreement with US rideshare integrator SEOPS for five dedicated Spectrum launches between 2028 and 2030, bringing their total booked missions to six.
• Munich-based Isar Aerospace became the first European launch startup to reach orbit, sending its Spectrum rocket up from Andøya Spaceport in Norway on September 5, 2026.
• The five new missions will launch from Isar's Andøya complex in Norway and from Spaceport Nova Scotia in Canada, a site still being built with partner Maritime Launch Services.
• The deal brings Isar's 2028 launch manifest close to full as the company scales toward four flights in 2027, its first fully commercial year.
• SEOPS is expanding its Waymaker rideshare program to diversify beyond SpaceX's Transporter missions, which it expects to wind down and create a supply gap for satellite operators.
• A successful orbital debut is quickly converting into commercial demand, showing satellite operators now treat European dedicated launch capacity as a credible hedge against reliance on US providers.
