Metaview raises $60M Series C led by Insight Partners to automate hiring

Series C

Applications per recruiter have surged 412% as AI-generated resumes flood inboxes, straining recruiting teams built for a slower era.

  • Metaview closed a $60 million Series C led by Insight Partners, bringing its total funding to $110 million roughly a year after its Series B.
  • Founded in 2018 by former Uber and Palantir employees Siadhal Magos and Shahriar Tajbakhsh, Metaview started as an AI notetaker for job interviews before expanding into full recruiting automation.
  • Metaview's AI agents now source candidates before they apply, review inbound applications against a role brief, run structured screening conversations and turn interviews into usable notes, with people making final calls.
  • The funding brings Metaview's autonomous recruiting coworker, fillmore, to general availability, built in part on technology from Reval, an AI-native recruiting startup Metaview acquired in August 2026.
  • More than 7,000 companies, including Deel, Affirm, Navan and Replit, now use Metaview, which has captured over 6 million job interviews to date.
  • Metaview says some customers have cut time-to-hire by more than 75%, and it plans to grow from 80 to 250 employees by the end of next year while opening a New York office.
  • Applications per recruiter have jumped 412% as AI makes applying for jobs trivially easy, while 53% of job seekers report being ghosted by employers in the past year.
  • Recruiting has lagged other white-collar functions in AI adoption, and Metaview is betting agentic automation can finally scale an $800 billion industry without the boom-bust staffing cycles that make hiring costly for everyone.
