InstaLILY raises $60M Series B for its AI forward deployed engineer

Enterprise AI's toughest bottleneck is deployment, and this software never leaves the way a human consultant does.

• InstaLILY closed a $60 million Series B led by Energize Capital, with Insight Partners increasing its stake and new strategics Home Depot Ventures and United Rentals joining, pushing total funding to nearly $100 million.
• InstaLILY builds Lily, billed as the world's first 'AI forward deployed engineer,' which embeds inside a business, learns its workflows, and gets custom software running in days rather than months.
• Lily integrates directly with legacy enterprise systems like SAP, NetSuite, Epicor, and Salesforce to build autonomous workflow agents for sales, pricing, logistics, and field service tasks.
• At one national distributor, software Lily built generated more than $200 million in new annual sales, while a field service client cut equipment diagnosis time from 15 minutes to under 10 seconds and cut cost-to-serve by 98%.
• Working with Google DeepMind, InstaLILY built a hybrid architecture pairing a large reasoning model with a small, fast model that runs on its own 'Small Data Center' hardware, built with Nvidia technology, to keep customer data private and latency low.
• Revenue grew fivefold over the past year as InstaLILY expanded its client roster to include SRS Distribution, ShipStation, PartsTown, and Kedrion Biopharma, and opened new offices in San Francisco, London, and Toronto.
• Forward-deployed engineers have become a scarce, expensive layer holding enterprise AI deployments together, and automating that role could remove a key bottleneck slowing AI adoption in asset-heavy industries like distribution and construction.
